Properties of a Tri-Fold Calendar
Like many other calendars there are specific properties that have made tri-fold calendars mainstays on almost any desk in South Africa. We have several properties that we recommend you adhere to when creating your initial design.
- Compressed Dates: A tri-fold calendar shows sixth months on each of its two sides. This means that the calendar is hard to read, but gives much more information in a small space.
- Design Restrictions: Because of the compressed information it has to give, tri-fold calendars have to be designed with more care. This ensures that the calendar does not become hard to read when you look at it from a glance.
- Smaller Desks: Usually these are calendars used by people who have smaller desks or even don’t have desks at all. Tri-fold desks often do better when they are compact with only one or two logos on them.
